Alison Williams, Tummily founder

I designed Tummily after watching my partner struggle with the low FODMAP diet. Even with the help of a dietitian, he was left feeling confused and overwhelmed; keeping a food diary in a notebook, tracking symptoms in an app, planning meals on a whiteboard on the fridge, juggling FODMAP cookbooks and bookmarking websites. I dreamed of an integrated, simple but scientifically-rigorous solution, and Tummily was born!
